Just a little feedback; I first got a recommendation for your store from a friend, but it was really racing at Downieville a couple of years ago, and riding with a couple of racers from your team, that really got me excited about Roaring Mouse. They all seemed like really great people, and great ambassadors for your business. I just thought you might like to know that having the team DID make a difference in bringing yet another (satisfied) customer in the door.

Thanks for the update and sorry for the late reply. So I took the bike out on Saturday for my first ride and let me tell you that I was grinning from ear-to-ear the rest of the weekend. The bike rides fantastic, unlike anything I've ever experienced. Looking forward to the next weekend and the next ride. I have to thank you for everything you've done to get me on my bike. I'm raving to all my friends (and any strangers that will listen) what a great bike shop you operate.

I knew that your reputation was for excellent service, but what really impressed me was the knowledge that came along with it. You know your product better than any "bike salesman" I have come across. I would (and will) recommend you to anyone I know in the market for a bike.

Chris, just wanted to take a minute to thank you for the VERY hard to find MTB 60mm valve tubes. I really appreciated you going the extra mile to make special pick up arrangements the first time after you closed your shop and then mailing me out the second tube which arrived the next day. I have to say that I haven't experienced that level of customer service in a long time. I ride everyday in part to keep me off of blood pressure and cholesterol medication. So you might say that you are a "lifesaver".

the shop truly love bikes, that is what I like about roaring mouse. Plus
