Here at Roaring Mouse Cycles we believe in service. In the store or on the phone you will deal directly with the store owner or the service manager. Both are seasoned riders, racers and mechanics experienced in road, track and mountain. Whether you are beginner or expert, spending $6 or $6000, browsing or buying, you will be treated with respect, sized accurately, advised wisely and supported long after your purchase is completed. The majority of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals... we work hard to keep it that way. Every bike we sell comes with one year service. If the repair you need falls within our Lube and Adjust bike service list, the work is done at no charge. You can choose a small adjustment or the full Lube and Adjust whenever you like, as often as you like. If you are purchasing a new bike from us and we decide to change a bike component to improve fit, for example a shorter stem or higher bars, we will take 35% off the cost of the new component. We do not place a time limit on this program as we like you to spend some time on the bike in order to let your body gather useful feedback. This offer applies to EVERY complete bike we sell. If you special order a frame from us that we are not able to give you a test ride on we will guarantee the fit. It is sometimes the case on higher end bikes that the exact size you are looking for will not be available for a test ride. We work hard to accurately size you using a custom computer based measuring machine, extended test rides on existing built bikes of similar geometry and extensive use of an indoor stationary trainer. However, if after building the bike you decide that the fit is poor we will replace the frame with another size of the same model at no charge. It is a reflection on our accuracy that in a year of running this scheme that we have not had to replace a single frame. |
